Hello Crafty Friends,
I think we all do have stamps where few images are used over and over again, while the others stay brand new (and clean). Well, for me the tiny stamps of the stamp set are hardly used. (The reason for this is also because most of the times, I purchase a stamp looking at the main stamping element or sentiment and not the rest).
If you are part of this gang, then hop on to see how we can make a variety of cards using just these small stamps into a beautiful wreath design. (Find the video at the end of this post along with the list of the products used)
I have used the beautiful Mudra Warli 6×4 stamp set today to create this card. Though this card can be easily made using an acrylic block, today’s video shows what technique can be used to make the wreath even more uniform and symmetric using a stamping platform. So if you do not have a stamping platform, not to worry! The same card can be created using an acrylic block as well.
Usually, a Warli design is based on earthy colors and white characters, but I tried breaking the norm by using some non-conventional colors. I used the vibrant Mai Premium Dye Ink by Mudra to do so with crisp results. I added more colors with the Paperum A4 cardstock by Mudra as well to bring everything together.
Lastly, for embellishments, I pulled in some Radium Green Mudra Couture Sequins on my card (I cannot say it out enough but I love Mudra’s Couture Sequins). Lastly, a sentiment was added from the Mudra Purely Sentiment Labelled 4×4 stamp set in Versafine Onyx Black Ink.
